High Precision Scales: New Technology
Industrial High Precision Scales have a number of important characteristics. The most important, of course, is providing extremely high precision. Others characteristics include the platform size, platform capacity, durability and cost. Generally, any of the first four may be improved, but only be increasing the cost. By a combination of new patented, solid state technology, excellent engineering, efficient manufacturing made in the USA, and a unique sales channel that eliminates a middle tier, Brightscale industrial High Precision Scales offer the best feature-to-price ratio available, by far. This gets combined into a state of the art, easy to use instrument with an impressive list of standard features and options. A large, graphics LCD readout screen and a powerful data communication set round out the feature set.
- Accuracy β For challenging applications, these High Precision Scales provide ten to twenty times the accuracy level of any other scale offered in the price range. Instead of the standard load cells used elsewhere, these scales utilize crystalline semiconductor substrates to provide a fully digital weight output. Besides being very accurate, they retain this precision over a very wide range of operating temperatures. These Ultra Precision Scales are perfect for chemical formulation, parts counting applications, and any situation where extra accuracy is important.
- Platform Size β High Precision Scales are usually limited in platform size, making it difficult to weigh larger loads, or to use some types of scoops, pails or containers. These offer an extra large platform which can accommodate larger containers.
- Platform Capacity β Standard capacities range up to 200 lb, which would be extremely expensive from other manufacturers. Additionally, capacities of up to 500 lb are offered in our Large High Precision scales, offering results that are simply not available elsewhere.
- Durability βFor superior durability, these scales feature an amazing ultimate overload factor of more than 400%. While these are extraordinarily accurate instruments, they can be handled like any other piece of heavy duty industrial equipment.
